John Brummett makes sport of John Boozman — the scourge of earmarks — now not fully certain what do since his own party, from whom he takes all his orders, is split on the wisdom of doing away with member-designated federal spending projects that help the home folks. (Spending that is a tiny fraction of 1 percent of the federal budget.)
Can't say voters weren't warned about the robovote stump they've sent to Washington.
