Prince Announces five-show performed in New York

a few weeks, we have written about a mysterious press conference led by the Prince in New York, where he announced plans for a "series of events" called America welcome 2 would be kicked off the coast on "a purple day in December" and include a range of collaborators.

This week, more details on this series of concerts have been revealed.

The Purple provides five performances in décembre.deux dates distinct in the Madison Square Garden and three night stay at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey.Selon release, performances will be "a different experience each evening" and will include performances by Maceo Parker, Janelle Monae, Twin Cities Mint Condition, Esperanza Spalding, Cassandra Wilson, Sinbad, cooperates Hathaway, Sheila e.and Graham Central station.

Ticket prices are a mere $20.10.

Prince publicist calls the event "tour dates," We hope that indicates that the tour will spread to other parts of the country, including, we hope, a judgment in his hometown.

Fundraising for the Harlem children's zone, Prince will play a custom built, Fender Stratocaster guitar solid gold and will be auctioned it for charity after his performances.
