Tropical outlook:
Tomas has weakened to tropical storm strength, according to the National Hurricane Center. According to forecasters, Tomas should regain hurricane strength as it turns north and impact the southern coast of Haiti sometime Friday.

Tuesday: Rain likely. Highs in the low to mid-70s. Lows in the low 50s to mid-60s. Chance of rain 70 percent, increasing to 80 percent Tuesday night.

Wednesday: Showers likely. Highs in the upper 60s to mid-70s. Lows in the upper 40s to upper 50s. Chance of rain 70 percent.
