Judge in Nodine trial changes mind, will allow cameras to shoot courtroom

Shortly after announcing that he was barring cameramen from taking video images through the courtroom door, the judge in the Stephen Nodine trial reconsidered that decision, according to one of his staffers.

The reason for the reversal was not immediately clear.

After an early recess in Nodine's murder trial, Circuit Judge Charles C. Partin spoke harshly to the media about what he said was the release of graphic images from the trial. He did not state which television station was involved.?

However, he later reversed himself and will allow cameramen to shoot pictures from the door window. ?
