Thomas Williams, 67, died on Sunday after a long illness.
A native of Houston, Williams lived in Mobile for 44 years. ?He served in the Air Force from 1964 to 1970, and retired from Southern Electric in Mobile in 2001. ?
A member of Moffett Road Assembly of God Church, Williams was also a "very devout" fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide, his obituary says.
